Kristin Dugas is with Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) in the Technology and Innovation Administration (TIA), serving the Economic Services Administration. She started with DSHS in the Aberdeen Home and Community Services (HCS) and Community Services Division (CSD) over 14 years ago. Prior to that, Kristin worked for the Grays Harbor County Sheriff’s Department, Kitsap County Prosecutor’s Office, and Grays Harbor County Auditor’s office. Kristin has worked with TIA for the last 7 years – first as an Application Support Specialist, then as Business Analyst (BA). She is the primary Business Analyst for changes to Letters and Attachments and is the supporting BA for Document Translation Service (DTS).
